Waterfront is a modern, multifunctional complex located at President’s Quay in Gdynia. The development, estimated at 80,000 m², encompasses residential buildings, office spaces, numerous retail outlets, hotels with an extensive conference and spa center, and public amenities such as a cinema and an art gallery.
In 2015, the first phase of the investment was completed—a complex of two office and hotel buildings with a total rental area of 21,600 m². Located between the Sea Towers skyscraper and Kościuszko Square, these buildings house the headquarters of PKO BP Bank and the Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
The second phase, completed in 2024, includes four buildings with ground-floor retail spaces, including two office buildings with a total rental area of nearly 14,500 m², located in the northern part of the plot on Waszyngtona Street.
The final phase of the investment will include the construction of an office building, a multifunctional building with a cinema multiplex, offices and retail spaces, two hotels with a conference center, and a cultural pavilion. The total rental area will amount to 27,400 m², with construction expected to begin in early 2026.
The existing office buildings are distinguished by elegant design and functional solutions, allowing flexible interior arrangements tailored to the needs of various tenants. The standard of office space inclues suspended metal ceilings, LED lighting, smoke detectors, raised floors with installation boxes, carpets, hinged windows, window blinds in the interiors, entrance doors with access control, radiators, fan coils, linings, partitions, kitchen. The height of office rooms is 295 cm. In terms of building standard we offer BMS, power generator maintaining security systems and 3 lifts in each building, 24h security, CCTV camera system.
The Waterfront offers numerous features that support business activities, primarily due to its direct access to comprehensive urban infrastructure, high-quality hotels with extensive conference facilities, service points, cafes and restaurants, as well as a medical center. It is not possible to find a point which would be located more conveniently, either in Gdynia or probably in the entire Tricity. The complex is formed between the streets: Hryniewickiego, Washington and Skwer Kosciuszko. The location provides direct access to the sea and the neighbourhood of the major government offices, cultural facilities and tourist attractions in the city.
Convenient access to each part of the Tricity is guaranteed by the bus terminal and railway station which are located in the close vicinity. From the Pomeranian quay which is located within a distance of 500 metres there are regular ferry connections to Hel and Jastarnia, and the Lech Walesa airport in Gdansk is easily accessible thanks to the beltway.
