Stara Rzeźnia is a unique revitalization project of the former municipal slaughterhouse in the center of Poznań, harmoniously blending history with modernity. The project will offer a total of 25,000 m² of leasable space, distributed across two new office buildings and several smaller structures with historical value. While the full implementation of the project is still underway, the first building within Stara Rzeźnia has already been opened near the main entrance gate. The historic building, which previously housed a kindergarten, has undergone a thorough renovation and now offers 728 m² of leasable space.

The complex is located in the northern part of Poznań's city center, within the area bordered by Garbary, Grochowe Łąki, and Północna streets. It is just a ten-minute walk from the Old Market Square—the central point of the Old Town. Nearby, you can also find other Poznań landmarks and attractions, including Cytadela Park and St. Wojciech Hill.
