Business Garden Wroclaw

Business Garden Wroclaw covers an area of ​​7 ha, on which eight six-storey modular buildings with a characteristic H-shape and an office building with 13 floors are located. In total, the complex offers over 117,000 m2 of office and service space.

The office complex, designed by architects from the APA Wojciechowski studio, is distinguished by optimally planned floor areas and a common area ratio not exceeding 3.5%. Key architectural solutions and technical systems implemented in the buildings, in particular as regards the reduction of water and energy consumption and control of the internal environment, meet the requirements of the highest level of ecological LEED certification.

Three buildings, completed during the first stage, were sold in June 2019. The second stage of the investment remains in the developers portfolio.

Technical standard

Suspended ceilings, lighting, chilled beams with smoke detectors, partition walls, kitchenette, tilt windows, entrance door, radiators, carpeting, raised floor with floor boxes, access control, 24h security, BMS.

Amenities

The space between the office buildings is occupied by a carefully maintained garden with relaxation zones where tenants can rest and practice outdoor sport activities. The complex offers extensive infrastructure for cyclists, as well as a number of amenities for employees. In addition to the restaurant pavilion located in the central part of the green courtyard, there are also additional service points, including a café and a kindergarten.

Business Garden Wroclaw is located in the Fabryczna district, within an area surrounded by Legnicka, Dabrowki and Jaworska Streets, in the immediate vicinity of the shopping and entertainment centre Magnolia and the Mikolajow railway station.  This is one of the most promising points in Wroclaw.
