Business Garden Poznan

Business Garden Poznan is a modern business park. It offers ideal conditions to support business processes and the development of operational centres of BPO, SSC and IT.

Ultimately, it will comprise nine class-A buildings of a total area exceeding 88,000 m2. The second stage of the project, which is a continuation of Business Garden Poznań, comprises the implementation of five office buildings surrounded by a carefully landscaped garden with relaxation and sport zones. The scope of works also includes the construction of an independent parking lot. In addition to the underground garages, the seven-storey building will provide 730 further parking spaces for employees of the complex. With the enlargement of the project a number of supplementary service points and amenities is planned.

The project was designed based on modern and energy-efficient technical solutions and will be built in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction. The ambition of Vastint Poland is to acquire LEED Platinum certificates for all planned buildings.

Technical standard

Suspended ceilings, lighting, chilled beams with smoke detectors, partition walls, kitchenette, tilt windows, entrance door, radiators, carpeting, raised floor with floor boxes, access control, 24h security, BMS.

 

Amenities

The complex offers a number of amenities for tenants. The campus features a restaruation, a fitness club, a LuxMed medical facility, a kindergarten, and an ATM, among others. Tenants can also take advantage of extensive sports infrastructure: basketball and volleyball courts, ping-pong tables, large-format chess.

Business Garden is located at the intersection of Marcelińska, Kolorowa and Bułgarska streets in the Marcelin District of Poznań. Proximity to the airport facilitates traveling for business customers, and the direct vicinity of bus and modernised road system of the newly created Kolorowa and Pastelowa Streets will guarantee workers easy access to the complex. The location guarantees:

  • fast access by car to the city centre, only 15-20 minutes away from the complex
  • easy access by car, public transport and bicycle
